    Just like anything else, drinking a lot of water helps you get rid of your yeast infection.  Sure, you have heard this advice thousands of times already, but are you doing it?  It is recommended that you drink at least eight glasses of water a day.  Water will help to flush toxins out of your body making it unpleasant for the yeast to take hold.

    Avoid tight clothing - especially underwear or jeans.  Cotton underwear are best as nylon may help breed the environment that yeast infections thrive in.
